These terms apply to the Waystone iPhone app and its online services (together, “Waystone”), published under bapps.uk (“we”, “us”). By using Waystone you agree to them. If you download Waystone from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. What Waystone is

Waystone helps you turn a goal into milestones and small steps, track what you did, and adjust the plan. It is a planning aid. It is not a professional, coaching, medical, psychological, financial or legal service.

2. AI suggestions

• AI features are optional and only work after you agree to them in the app.
• AI-generated routes, steps and adjustments can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you. Review them and use your own judgment. Nothing changes in your plan until you apply it.
• For health, fitness, diet or similar goals, listen to your body and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. Stop if something feels wrong.
• AI features may be limited by daily quotas, may be temporarily unavailable, and may change over time.

3. Your content

Your goals, plans and history belong to you and are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for what you enter. Please don't enter other people's personal data or sensitive information such as passwords, ID numbers or medical records.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Waystone. In particular, don't:

• access our servers other than through the app, or automate, scrape or overload them;
• try to bypass rate limits, quotas or security measures;
• use the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content;
• reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.

5. Third-party services

Waystone relies on Cloudflare for hosting and on DeepSeek for its AI model. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms and policies apply to how they process data.

6. Changes and availability

We may update Waystone, add or remove features, or stop offering the online services. If we stop the AI services, the app's on-device features and your local data remain usable.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Waystone is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on suggestions in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Waystone after a change means you accept the updated terms.
